Separation & Divorce

Divorce and separation is the legal ending of a marriage by a court that officially dissolves the bonds of matrimony between a couple in a particular country or state. Wills​

A will and its requirements. A will is a person's expressed intention of what should be done with his/her property after that person dies. The testator normally must have attained the age of majority, and must be of "sound mind" at the time the will is executed. A married minor is usually capable of executing a will.
